Founder cambaz 486 Posted November 8 Founder Share Posted November 8 ⚠️ Requirements for Opening a Complaint Thread 🛒 You must have purchased the product through our forum. 🔍 You must be able to prove that the product does not work or that the seller did not follow their refund or installation policy. 🧾 What Should Be Included in a Complaint Thread? ✍️ A detailed explanation of the reason for your complaint. 📄 The sales thread of the product must exist on our forum. 👤 The forum username of the person you purchased the product from. 📸 Proof of your claim, such as videos, screenshots, or any other valid evidence. ⚖️ How Are Complaints Resolved? ⏳ If the reported seller does not respond within 2 days, their forum access will be permanently revoked, even if they are in the right. 🧩 Both sides will have their evidence reviewed by the forum administration, and a final decision will be made within 2 days. 🛡️ If the seller is found to be right, the complainant will receive 5 warning points for attempting to sabotage the seller. Users who reach 10 warning points will be restricted from posting for 3 days. 💰 If the buyer (complainant) is found to be right, the seller will be asked to issue a refund or fix the issue.
